has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "APPROPRIATION", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    2. On page 2, line 25, strike "years" and insert in lieu thereof "year".

    3. On page 3, line 1, strike "2013 and".

    4. On page 3, strike lines 10 and 11 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
