    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 179, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 8, after "INITIATIVES--", insert "ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS--".

    2. On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subsection:

         "A. A school district shall bear any administrative costs associated with the establishment and implementation of a community school within the school district.".

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
