has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 2, strike ", including wide-" and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

    2. On page 2, strike line 3 in its entirety.

    3. On page 2, line 4, strike "family engagement and support services".

    4. On page 2, line 5, strike "helping" and insert in lieu thereof "in order".

    5. On page 2, line 13, after "include", insert ", but not be limited to,".

    6. On page 2, line 14, strike "services on site" and insert in lieu thereof "strategies".

    7. On page 3, line 13, after "that", insert the following new language:

"has demonstrated partnerships with any lead agency and local, private and public agencies for the purpose of establishing, operating and sustaining community schools and that".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
