has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "GENDER", insert "OR PERCEIVED GENDER IDENTITY".

    2. On page 1, line 12, before the period insert "; MAKING AN EXCEPTION".

    3. On page 5, line 6, after "providing", insert "unposted or unadvertised".

    4. On page 5, line 7, after "gender", insert "or perceived gender identity".

    5. On page 5, line 7, after the semicolon insert "provided, however, this provision does not apply to persons regulated by the office of superintendent of insurance pursuant to the New Mexico Insurance Code".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
