    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 90

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 7, strike "two hundred dollars ($200)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars ($1,000)".

    2. On page 2, lines 9 and 10, strike "two hundred dollars ($200)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand dollars ($1,000)".

    3. On page 3, line 4, after "board", insert "of a school district that has an enrollment of twelve thousand students or more".

    4. On page 3, lines 20 and 21, strike "two hundred dollars ($200)" and insert in lieu thereof "one thousand

dollars ($1,000)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
