FOR THE LEGISLATIVE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMITTEE

AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER FOR ADDITIONAL STAFFING OF THE CENTER FOR HEALTH WORKFORCE ANALYSIS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($265,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 for the health sciences center to add staffing for the center for health workforce analysis. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
