    1. Strike House Health, Government and Indian Affairs Committee Amendments 1, 6, 11, 16 and 21.

    2. On page 1, line 25, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    3. On page 4, line 2, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    4. On page 6, line 3, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    5. On page 8, line 4, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".

    6. On page 10, line 2, after the period, insert "Coverage for health care services provided through telemedicine shall be determined in a manner consistent with coverage for health care services provided through in-person consultation.".
