has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 14, strike "president pro tempore" and insert in lieu thereof "majority floor leader".

    2. On page 2, line 19, strike "speaker" and insert in lieu thereof "majority floor leader".

    3. On page 6, line 12, after "by", insert "at least ten years'".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
