    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 4

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, strike "July 1, 2013" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2014" and strike "June 30" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31".

    2. On page 3, line 15, strike "July 1, 2014" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2015" and strike "June 30" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31".

    3. On page 3, line 18, strike "June 30" and insert in lieu thereof "December 31".

    4. On page 7, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. DELAYED REPEAL.--Section 7-9-77.1 (being Laws 1998, Chapter 96, Section 1, as amended) is repealed effective July 1, 2021.".

    5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

    6. On page 7, line 6, strike "July 1, 2013" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2014".
