SENATE BILL 3

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, between lines 13 and 14, insert the following new subsection:

         "E. The department may allow a maximum annual aggregate of four million dollars ($4,000,000) in hydrogen fuel production income tax credits for hydrogen fuel production and sale by qualified hydrogen fuel or hydrogen resource generators.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
