SENATE BILL 2

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new section to read:

     "SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2013.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
