    1. On page 3, line 7, after the comma, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 8 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "disbursed according to the terms of the court order or settlement;".

    2. On page 3, line 12, after "(3)", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "all other cases, transferred to the general fund."".
