HOUSE BILL 654

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE HEALTH, GOVERNMENT & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 654

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 15, before the period insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 7, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
