    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 591, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

     I propose to the HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE the following amendments to

HOUSE BILL 591, as amended

     1. Strike House Transportation and Public Works Committee Amendment 2.

     2. On page 2, line 8, after "designate", insert "as school zones".

     3. On page 2, line 9, after "street", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "on which access points to a public elementary school, where students enter or exit the school site or where students are dropped off at or picked up from the school site, are located;".
