Mr. Speaker:

    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 573

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike line 25 in its entirety and on page 3, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

                "(2) the use of child forensic interviews by forensic interviewers who have a forty-hour nationally accredited forensic interview training;".

     2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
