    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 546

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert ";

DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 2, line 20, after "section", insert "of any earlier signed act".

     3. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, add the following section to read:

     "SECTION 3. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
