FOR HOUSE BILL 527

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 24, strike “2014" and insert in lieu thereof “2015".

    2. On page 2, line 4, strike “2015" and insert in lieu thereof “2016".

    3. On page 2, line 9, strike “2016" and insert in lieu thereof “2017".

    4. On page 2, line 24, strike the ending quotation marks.

    5. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new section to read:

    “SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.–-The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2014.‟‟.
