    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 486

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "LICENCE" and insert in lieu thereof "LICENSE".

     2. On page 4, line 3, strike "uses" and insert in lieu thereof "is convicted of using".

     3. On page 4, line 6, after "substance", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 7 up to the period.

     4. On page 4, line 13, remove the brackets and line-through.

     5. On page 5, line 12, after "period", insert "in a motor vehicle other than a commercial motor vehicle".

     6. On page 5, line 14, strike "disqualification,".

     7. On page 5, line 21, after "period", insert "in a motor vehicle other than a commercial motor vehicle".

     8. On page 5, line 23, strike "disqualification,".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
