    Your TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 419

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, remove the brackets and line-through.

     2. On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2013.".,

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
