    1. Strike House Transportation and Public Works Committee amendment number 2.

    2. On page 3, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2014.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
