    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 348

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 14, after "contractor", insert "for at

least five years".

    2. On page 9, line 15, after "commission", insert ", and

applicants shall submit to an appropriate background check as

prescribed by the commission".

    3. On page 12, line 7, strike "thirty" and insert in

lieu thereof "ten".
