    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 345

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “TWENTY-FIVE” and insert in lieu thereof “TEN AND NO MORE THAN TWENTY-FIVE".

    2. On page 1, line 14, after “NOTIFICATION” insert “;DELAYED REPEAL”.

    3. On page 1, line 22, strike “twenty-five” and insert in lieu thereof “ten and no more than twenty-five”.

    4. On page 2,line 24, insert a new section to read:

    “SECTION 2. DELAYED REPEAL.–-The provisions of this act are repealed effective July 1, 2016.”.
