    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 342

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "PUBLIC EDUCATION" and insert in lieu thereof "INDIAN AFFAIRS".

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike "public education" and insert in lieu thereof "Indian affairs" and after "2014", insert "and subsequent fiscal years".

     3. On page 1, line 23, after "of", insert "a", strike "2014" and after "shall", insert "not".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
