HOUSE BILL 312

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 16, lines 4 through 18 remove the brackets and the line through in its entirety.

    2. On page 16, lines 9 and 10 after “penalty” strike “of five hundred dollars ($500), and insert in lieu thereof, “not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).

    3. On page 16, beginning on line 18 through 24, strike all underscored material.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
