HOUSE BILL 295

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, lines 1 through 4, strike Subsection B in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "B. For the purposes of this section, a "place where prostitution is practiced, encouraged or allowed" means a physical location, a computer, an internet web site or any other virtual or online forum.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
