    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 274, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike House Health, Government and Indian Affairs Committee Amendment 2.

    2. On page 6, line 19, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    3. On page 6, lines 20 and 21, strike Paragraph (6) in its entirety.

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    5. On page 6, line 22, strike "one public member" and insert in lieu thereof "two public members".

    6. On page 6, line 23, strike "is a" and "owner" and remove the brackets and line through "are" and "owners".
