    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 252

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 17, after "fund", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 18, strike "transferred" on line 19 and insert in lieu thereof ", after distributions and the required one-hundred-thousand-dollar ($100,000) set-aside, shall be transferred by the state treasurer".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
