has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 3, line 25 and on page 4, lines 1 through 5, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
