    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 224

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 10, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 11 and 12 in their entirety.

     2. On page 5, line 18, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 19 and 20 in their entirety.

     3. On page 5, line 22, after "means", strike the reminder of the line.

     4. On page 5, lines 24 and 25, strike Paragraph (2) in its entirety.

     5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
