1. On page 1, line 23, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

     2. On page 6, line 25, strike "2013" and insert in lieu thereof "2014".

     3. On page 10, line 4, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".

     4. On page 105, line 7, strike "2015" and insert in lieu thereof "2016".

     5. On page 105, line 24, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".

     6. On pages 106 and 107, strike Section 62 in its entirety.

     7. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     8. On page 107, line 9, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".

     9. On page 107, line 13, strike "2013" and insert in lieu thereof "2014".

     10. On page 107, line 16, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".
