    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 165

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 18, strike "less".

     2. On page 4, line 2, strike "less" and insert in lieu thereof "fewer".

     3. On page 4, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2015.",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
