    1. On page 1, line 11, strike “ENVIRONMENT” and insert in lieu thereof “HEALTH”,

    2. On page 1, line 18, strike “environment” and insert in lieu thereof “health”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
