AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF WATER FROM SANTA FE COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-three thousand four hundred dollars ($193,400) is appropriated from the general fund to the corrections department for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to purchase water from Santa Fe county for use by the state penitentiary. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
