AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE STATE FAIR COMMISSION TO PROVIDE FUNDING FOR THE ANNUAL 4-H AND FUTURE FARMERS OF AMERICA LIVESTOCK SCHOOL AT THE STATE FAIR.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state fair commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund expenses for students from throughout the state to attend the annual 4-H and future farmers of America livestock school at the state fairgrounds. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
