HOUSE BILL 108

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 12, line 16, after "section" insert "and a detailed justification for that finding".

     2. On page 15, line 8, strike "The", and insert in lieu thereof "No later than six months from the effective date of this 2013 act, the".

     3. On page 16, line 23, after the period insert "No rule shall be valid or enforceable if it conflicts with statute. A word that is defined in an applicable statute shall not be defined in rule.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
