HOUSE BILL 101

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 12, strike "issue" and insert in lieu thereof "recognize".

     2. On page 6, line 13, after "card", insert "issued" and after "who", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 14 in its entirety and strike line 15 through "applicant".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
