has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, strike lines 1 through 5 in their

entirety, and insert in lieu thereof “REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSES.-–A governmental agency may provide by rule the manner by which an applicant may satisfy by electronic means all agency requirements relating to certifications, permits, registrations, and licenses including but not limited to obtaining, renewing, reactivating, and reinstating, a professional or occupational certification, permit, registration or license.””.
