HOUSE BILL 58, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 4, after "carriers", insert "and other applicants".

    2. On page 6, line 12, after "services", insert "and comparable retail alternative services provided by telecommunications carriers that have been designated as eligible telecommunications carriers, including commercial mobile radio services carriers,".

    3. On page 11, line 18, after "carriers", insert "or to telecommunications carriers providing comparable retail alternative services that have been designated as eligible telecommunications carriers".
