1. On page 3, line 10, after “oryx,” insert “Barbary sheep,”.

    2. On page 10, lines 16 through 19, remove the bracket and line-through.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
