HOUSE BILL 37

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, strike lines 3 through 6 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "D. Beginning in calendar year 2014, the department shall annually offer for sale any parcel of real property in each county in which a property is listed on the county's delinquent tax property list that otherwise meets the provisions of Subsection A of this section."".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
