HOUSE BILL 21

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 24, strike "five" and insert in lieu thereof "ten".

     2. On page 5, line 2, before the period, insert "; provided that the requirement to report to the attorney general is waived upon the declaration of a state or national emergency".
