    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 10

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 5, before the semicolon, insert ", or has

not been permitted pursuant to federal law to possess a firearm or destructive device".

     2. On page 3, line 10, strike "explosion" and insert in lieu thereof "explosive".

     3. On page 3, line 12, after "shotgun", insert "but does not include an antique firearm as defined by federal law".
