SENATE FLOOR SUBSTITUTE FOR

 SENATE BILL 275, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 24, strike "estate or responsible party" and insert in lieu thereof "account".

      2. On page 2, line 7, strike "one week" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty days".

     3. On page 2, line 11, after "regular", insert "monthly rental".

     4. On page 2, line 12, strike "responsible party for the resident is" and insert in lieu thereof "person or persons designated by the resident to receive notice in case of emergency or death shall be".

     5. On page 2, line 13, strike "one week" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty days".
