AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE GOVERNOR'S COMMISSION ON DISABILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT, ACCESSIBILITY AND RESOURCE SERVICES TO OVERCOME BARRIERS FOR EMPLOYMENT THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY AND POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT FOR THE DISABLED.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the governor's commission on disability for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to pay for employment, accessibility and resource services to overcome barriers for employment through education, advocacy and positive reinforcement for the disabled. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
