AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EAST TORRANCE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for the New Mexico department of agriculture for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for the east Torrance soil and water conservation district to conduct education and training programs and for general district operations. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
