AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR STATE GENERAL FUND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for state general fund developmental disabilities programs to continue to meet the costs of services and to comply with increased regulations and quality demands. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
