AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT FOR THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING PROGRAM AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to fund scholarships in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) and to fund program and instructional support in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) in the bachelor of science in nursing program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
