SENATE BILL 158

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, lines 11 and 12, strike "and protocols".

    2. On page 4, strike lines 14 and 15 in their entirety, strike line 16 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "controlled substances for investigation and possible disciplinary action by the licensing board of the practitioner".

    3. On page 5, line 7, strike "appropriate".

    4. On page 5, line 7, strike "agency or law" and insert in lieu thereof "board with authority over the practitioner.".

    5. On page 5, strike line 8 in its entirety.

    6. On page 5, line 18, after "practitioners", insert "and dispensers".

    7. On page 6, line 5, after "board", insert a comma and "in collaboration with the licensing board of the practitioner or dispenser,".

    8. On page 7, line 8, after "A", insert "practitioner or".

    9. On page 9, line 12, after the period, insert the subsection designation "F.".

    10. On page 9, line 18, before "Practitioners", insert the subsection designation "G.".

    11. On page 10, line 2, after "distribution", strike the comma.

    12. On page 10, line 3, strike "prescribing".

    13. On page 11, line 21, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof "knowingly or negligently disclose any patient-specific information not allowed under this section. A knowing or negligent disclosure of patient-specific information shall be referred to the appropriate professional licensing board for proposed disciplinary action as determined by the appropriate licensing board and in accordance with the Uniform Licensing Act.".

    14. On page 11, strike lines 22 through 25, and on page 12, strike lines 1 through 7 in their entirety and strike line 8 up to the ending quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
