AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR FAMILY, INFANT AND TODDLER PROGRAM SERVICES.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 for family, infant and toddler program services, including recruitment and retention of additional staff; program operation costs and increases; and identification and enrollment of eligible children. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
