SENATE BILL 87
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 12, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".
2. On page 2, line 19, after "SECTION 2.", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 20 through 22 in their entirety, strike line 23 through the period and insert in lieu thereof "[NEW MATERIAL] FRONTIER COMMUNITIES PROGRAM--CREATED.--".
3. On page 2, line 23, before "shall", insert "is created and".
4. On page 3, line 4, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike line 5 in its entirety.
